The Ateneo de Manila University Residence Halls is home to more than 900 resident students from all over the Philippines. The resident student population is comprised of senior high school students, undergraduate and graduate students, with a good number of athletes and scholars.

Rooms in Cervini Hall, Eliazo Hall, and University Dormitory are quad-sharing with the following features:

  • single-sized beds with mattresses
  • cabinets
  • study tables with chairs and bookshelves
  • ceiling fans
  • WiFi and Ethernet connection

Common toilet and bath with heater are located on each floor.

Rate: Php 50,500 per person/per semester

House Rules

  • Curfew: Resident students are expected to be in the dorm by 10:00pm (high school) / 12:00mn (college) on weekdays, and 12:00mn (high school) / 2:00am (college) on weekends.
  • Rest and Quiet Study Time: Please observe silence in the bedrooms and corridors from 10:00pm to 6:00am the next day.
  • Lights Off: Corridor lights off is 10:00pm, while room ceiling lights off is 12:00mn.
  • Privacy: Respect the privacy and personal space of others.
  • Water: Water, even in the washroom, is potable. Conserve water by keeping faucet closed when not in use. Report leaks to the security guard.
  • Courtesy to next user: Flush the toilet after use. Throw used tissue papers and sanitary napkins in the trash bins. Observe CLAYGO (clean-as-you-go).
  • Room Cleanliness: Messy bed and study space in the room is an offense.
  • Common Spaces: Practice CLAYGO (clean-as-you-go) when using the common areas (e.g. pantry, study area, reflection room, fitness and recreation spaces, etc.).
  • Waste Segregation: Observe proper garbage disposal. Use the right trash bin.
  • Repairs and maintenance: Report facilities for repair to the security personnel at the lobby.
  • Personal Property and Valuables: Keep your room locked when you go out and ensure safety of personal belongings.
  • Electronic Devices: Switch off lights, fans, computers, air-con, and other gadgets when leaving the room or when not needed.
  • Keys: Avoid being locked out. Charge for opening your room as disturbance fee is P20.00, and P200.00 for lost key. No key swapping; room change has to be coordinated with the office.
  • Inspection: For dormers' safety and security, administration may authorize inspection of rooms, and bags/packages received or sent out.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed in the dorm.
  • Cooking and Ironing: Cooking and ironing inside the room are prohibited.
  • Entertaining Visitors: Visitors are strictly to be entertained at the lobby.
  • Medical needs: Medicines are available in the lobby. Call the security (dial 0) for first aid and during emergency situations.
  • Merits and Demerits: Re-admission is based on the incurred merits and demerits within the SY.
  • Major act of misconduct: Offenses like possession or use of alcohol, prohibited drugs, deadly weapons, pornographic materials, smoking, theft, physical assault, gross discourtesy, and gambling may result to non-readmission or dismissal from the dorm.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Observe the check-in and check-out process as stated in the memo (e.g. depositing of belongings in the storage, etc.)
